How are schedule adjustments processed?
Ambassadors need to submit online requests by 3pm for them to be processed next day.
Administrative Coordinator (Maricela) reviews Google Excel Form on the daily basis.
Requests are combined in one email per team, and sent to the Team Leads, with CC to Program Manager (David) and Administrative Coordinator (Maricela), for review by 5pm.
Team Leads review requests, and send approval / denial by noon the following business day to the Program Manager (David) and to Administrative Coordinator (Maricela).
Program Manager (David) reviews approval / denial emails from Team Leads, and makes his final approval / denial to the Administrative Coordinator (Maricela) by 3pm the same day.
Administrative Coordinator (Maricela) then will update Google Calendar, and send email confirmation. If Administrative Coordinator (Maricela) is absent, Program Manager (David), then can update Google Calendar, and send email confirmation for time sensitive requests.
